Instrumental in forming the SCSC, George has worn dozens of hats coinciding with his roles as production manager and technical director in his 27 productions, as well as in the ongoing operation of the company. He is also a scenic and lighting designer employed by many groups including Columbia City Ballet, Columbia Classical Ballet, USC Opera Company, Trustus Theatre, and High Voltage Theater, as well as for video and film productions. He is an award winning filmmaker, having screened dramatic shorts, documentaries, and music videos at several festivals. As an international photographer, his stills have been on exhibit in galleries, and published in various periodicals, brochures, and books, including many covers and jackets. His scripts have been produced by numerous sources including a series for SCETV. In his company, Mirrorball Productions, he serves as producer/director/editor of commercial and corporate videos, as well as still photographer and writer. One of his TV commercials was honored in 2008 by the American Advertising Federation with an Addy Award.
